Conducting research and analysis on emerging security threats (political fragility, the rise of irregular and hybrid threats, challenges of radicalization, extremism and terrorism) in order to enable the development of informed, credible, evidence-based policies and programs.

Dialogue and Capacity Building

Facilitating national and cross-border dialogue and collaboration on effective responses to emerging shared security challenges, through tailored and targeted education and capacity building programs for government and civil society actors.

Community Engagement

Support active involvement and participation of local communities in the design and implementation of security policies and programs as a joint endeavor with public safety officials and law enforcement agencies.
